Submitting an ISR Proposal

Step 1: LOI Submission

Applicants must download the LOI format and instruction guide below:

All LOIs will be reviewed by an internal CPDC Committee to ensure compliance with the Project Selection Criteria and NCE eligibility rules. Applicants will be notified of the outcome of the LOI review within 30 days of submission. Successful applicants will be invited to submit a Full Proposal.

Step 2: Full Application

LOIs selected to submit a full application will be notified by e-mail. See the Key Dates for submission of the full application.
