Neva has extensive and diverse expertise in the fields of positron emission tomography (PET) and single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT). She has been involved in all aspects of radiopharmaceutical design, development and production for rodent, primate and human studies. Neva has participated in projects that resulted in a number of scientific publications and submissions for U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval. She defended her doctorate degree at Syracuse University and completed two years of post doctorate fellowship at the National Institute of Mental Health.
